I’m a recently graduated bioinformatician working at the department for Clinical Immunology at Rigshospitalet, where we try to investigate new ways to diagnose and treat patients with leukemia using bioinformatics tools.
What I work on
Right now I’m focused on designing and building bioinformatics pipelines for cancer variant discovery. We are building pipelines with Nextflow and Python.
